1. Description of Service

Arc AI is a personal wealth tracking application that helps you track your net worth, set wealth goals, monitor contributions, explore portfolio allocation, view growth projections, and stay informed with market sentiment data. All wealth data (assets, liabilities, contributions, goals) is entered manually by you. Arc AI does not connect to any bank accounts, brokerage accounts, or financial institutions. We never access your real financial accounts.

The Application is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use Arc AI. By using the Application, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Application is not intended for use by minors.

3. Account and Security

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

User-Entered Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of all wealth data you enter (assets, liabilities, contributions, goals). Data is stored locally on your device and synced to our secure database when online. Uninstalling the app removes local data but does not automatically delete your account data. To request full deletion, see Section 12.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, other accounts, or our systems
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• Use the Application in a way that could harm, disable, or overburden our infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application without our written consent

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons.

5. No Financial Advice; Disclaimer

Arc AI is a personal wealth tracking tool. All projections, portfolio recommendations, and market sentiment data are for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Application constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance and projections are not guarantees of future results. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information in the Application.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, content, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. "Arc AI" and related marks are our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arc AI and Aaryaman Singh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability for any claims related to the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Application at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms or Service

We may update these Terms or the Application from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application. We may also modify or discontinue the Application with reasonable notice where feasible.

10. Data Deletion

To request deletion of all your data, including your account, wealth data, and profile information, contact us at the email in Section 12. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of your request. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data but does not automatically delete your account data from our servers. Our Privacy Policy contains further details on data handling.

11. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Application. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
